We estimate delivered efficiency on this water heater at 98%, as virtually no flue gases will likely make it out of the tank. Of course that only lasts for a few minutes before CO to reach levels that could kill a horse in 5 minutes.

Notice the “We’re here to help” sticker installed on the water heater below. (By the local utility?) All we can say is, Wow!
